About WR Business Directions L.L.C.

Our Mission

The mission of WR Business Directions LLC is to develop opportunities for our clients to improve the quality of their lives, to build confidence, to gain skills, and to connect with and contribute to their community through training, skill development, and ongoing support for a job of their choice

Our Values

We are committed to respecting the right and privacy of individuals served, reducing and minimizing the risk of any harm or danger to clients and all involved parties, communicating in an open and honest manor, demonstrating professional courtesy with all fellow community service provides, and ensuring that no participant (regardless of whether the are a client of our of any other agency) is any way exploited for the personal gain of Business Directions or its staff 

WR Business Directions L.L.C. works with Government Services

WR Business Directions work with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) to provide clients services to develop employment skills, build confidence, and provide ongoing support for day to day life

Our Founder - Walt Ronish

Walt Ronish brings over 40 years of successful business and people management. Walt earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and business from Western Washington University in 1983

   

Walt began his career after college working in leadership roles for a Navy contractor installing computer systems on US Navy submarines and aircraft carriers, an HMO serving government employees, IT outsourcing for Hewlett Packard in the western US, and various employment agencies in support of persons with disabilities 


In the past 15 years he has provided consulting and employment support through various agencies who contract with the WA State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).   

Six years ago Walt established WR Business Directions L.L.C. in support of individuals with disabilities with employment services and currently provides employment services in Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, Lewis and Klickitat Counties.


WR Business Directions L.L.C currently contracts with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Developmental Disabilities Administration
